Organic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Shallots 1 Tablespoon, mince
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chop
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, chop
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard.
2. Next, add salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, shallots, chives and dill and mix.

SERVING
3. Spread over salad and serve. You can also use this buttermilk ranch as a marinade for meat.
