Salad Dressing For Two

Ingredients
  Olive oil 90 Milliliter (6 tablespoons)
  Wine vinegar/Lemon juice 45 Milliliter (3 tablespoons)
  Caster sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 ml)
  Wholegrain mustard/Dijon /french mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 ml)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl or screw-topped jar, place oil, vinegar or juice, sugar, mustard and seasoning.
2) Whisk in bowl or shake the bottle, to incorporate the ingredients together.
3) Stir or shake dressing again, before use, as the oil separates out on standing. 4) Check and adjust seasoning to taste.

SERVING
5) Use as required.
