Turkey and Dressing Pie
|Prepared cornbread dressing||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped and cooked|
|Swiss cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 cup)|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)Combine cornbread dressing and butter together.
2)Place it on a 9-inch quiche dish and bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes.
3)Cool the mixture.
4)Mix turkey and cheese and spread it in pastry shell.
5)Mix eggs and half-and-half and beat well.
6)Pour the batter over turkey mixture.
7)Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes or until the pie is set.
8)Serve it hot.
