Watercress And Mushrooms In Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Medium
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Scallion 1
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Rinse mushrooms and watercress and trim off stems.
2)Chop green and white part of scallion and mix it with yogurt, mustard, capers, salt and pepper.
SERVING
3)Before serving spoon over watercress and mushrooms.
