Horseradish And Soured Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Horseradish 4 Tablespoon, freshly grated
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soured cream 142 Milliliter (5-Fl Oz)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine the horseradish, vinegar, soured cream, sugar, salt and cayenne using a wooden spoon,
2 Carefully transfer the sauce to a sauce boat.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill until required.

SERVING
4 Excellent with any cold vegetable or salad dish.
