Ingredients
  Low fat creamed cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
2 Using a rotary beater, beat the mixture or blend in a blender.

3 Use as desired.
