House Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Anchovies 2 Can (20 oz)
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Blue cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crumbled
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 5-cup blender, add all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of the crumbled blue cheese.
2) Blend for 15 seconds on high.
3) Transfer to a storage container and mix in the rest of the blue cheese.
4) Refrigerate.

SERVING
5) Served chilled over lettuce.
