Shallot Dressing

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced shallots/Green onions, including tops 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared dijon style mustard 4 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil/Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw / Cooked)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender jar add shallots or green onions, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Blend the mixture.
3. Stir and shake vigorously before adding to vegetables.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately or cover and keep dressing up to 2 days.
