|Thinly sliced shallots/Green onions, including tops||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared dijon style mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw / Cooked)|
1. In a blender jar add shallots or green onions, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Blend the mixture.
3. Stir and shake vigorously before adding to vegetables.
4. Serve immediately or cover and keep dressing up to 2 days.
