Fresh Tomato Yogurt Dressing
|Roma tomatoes||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Extra light olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
1. In a blender put tomatoes, vinegar and lemon juice and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
2. Open the jar and add all the other ingredients, blending again at medium speed.
3. Remove and keep it in a bowl in the fridge.
4. Refrigerate overnight for the flavours to blend and serve with salad sandwich and even grilled meats.
