Salad Greens With Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 8 , crumbled
  Bacon drippings 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Thin lemon slices 1 , unpeeled, quartered
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped into 1-inch pieces (5-inch)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , quartered
  Pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the mixing bowl, add in the salad greens and bacon.
2) Chill the mixture.
3) Into the blender, add in the bacon drippings, lemon, vineagr, sugar, mustard, salt and green onions.
4) Using the Grate blade, blend for 15 seconds to finely chop the ingredients.
5) Add in the quartered eggs. Using the Stir blade, coarsely chop the eggs in about 4 seconds.
6) Into the saucepan, add in the mixture and heat.
7) Add in the salad greens and sprinkle it with pepper.
8) Give the salad a light toss.

SERVING
9) Serve the salad greens with bacon dressing immediately.
