Oregano Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), split
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, marinate seasonings and garlic in vinegar and allow to stand for 24 hours.

MAKING
2 Strain the vinegar.
3 Add in oil.
4 Shake vigorously to mix well.

SERVING
5 Use as desired.
