Thousand Island Dressing With Gherkins And Eggs

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped pickled gherkins 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped spring onions 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled chopped seeded tomatoes 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped hard boiled egg 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large screw-topped jar and shake well.

SERVING
2. Shake well and serve chilled
