Cooked Dressing

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, egg yolks and milk
2) Cook over a low flame stirring continuously till it becomes thick
3) Stir in he vinegar, butter and mix well
4) Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours

SERVING
5) Serve wit some meat and pasta salad
