Chef Cheese Dressing
Olive oil - 1/2 cup or salad oil - 1/2 cup
White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Anchovy paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1/2 clove, minced
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together crumbled blue cheese, olive or salad oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, anchovy paste, and garlic.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Refrigerate dressing until chilled well.
4. Stir and use for dressing salad.
