Honey Nut Rice Dressing

Ingredients
Rice - 3 cups, cooked in chicken broth
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Walnuts - 1/3 cup, chopped
Raisins - 1/2 cup, seedless
Onions - 3/4 cup, chopped
Celery- 3/4 cup, chopped
Butter or margarine - 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh parsley (optional) - 2 tablespoons, snipped
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large skillet and melt butter in it. Add onions and celery. Cook over medium heat or until celery turns tender.
2) Add honey, walnuts, raisins, onions, celery, rice, spices, salt and lemon juice. Cook for some time.
3) Turn all the ingredients into a 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish. Cover loosely and bake at 350° F for 35 minutes or until thoroughly done.

SERVING
4) Garnish with parsley, if desired.
