Remoulade Dressing

Ingredients
Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 can (10 3/4 ounces)
Mayonnaise - 1/3 cup
Sweet pickle - 1/4 cup, chopped
Capers - 1 tablespoon, drained
Anchovies - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Dry mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
Crushed tarragon to taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients. Blend well to form a thick paste. If the dressing seems too thick, it can be thinned by adding some milk.
2) Refrigerate the dressing.

SERVING
3) Serve with cold sliced chicken or flaked crab meat on salad greens, if desired.
