Zippy Emerald Dressing

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), snipped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In screw-top jar, put together salad oil, vinegar, onion, parsley, green pepper, sugar, dry mustard, salt, and cayenne; cover jar.
2. Let the dressing stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.
3. Shake vigorously to blend well.

FINALISING
4. Refrigerate dressing until chilled well.

SERVING
5. Use Zippy Emerald Dressing for seafood salad or any green salad.
