Homemade Ranch Dressing
This recipe makes a simple and delicious homemade ranch dressing.
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (homemade or a good-quality commercial version)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley/Dried parsley if fresh parsley is not available||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives/Dried chives if fresh chives are not available||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed/Dried dill if fresh dill is not available||1 Tablespoon|
Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add salt to taste.
Add pepper to your homemade ranch dressing after you have dressed your salad.
For variety, add crushed garlic or lemon juice and curry powder.
