Boiled Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  White sugar 2 Ounce (2 rounded tablespoons)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 4 Teaspoon (2 heaping teaspoons)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (white or malt)
Directions

MAKING
1 On top of the double boiler, combine all the ingredients.
2 Cook, stirring constantly until thick.
3 Remove from heat and blend in a lump of butter.
4 Store in the refrigerator.

SERVING
5 Serve as desired.
