Boiled Salad Dressing

|Flour||2 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|White sugar||2 Ounce (2 rounded tablespoons)|
|Mustard||4 Teaspoon (2 heaping teaspoons)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (white or malt)|
1 On top of the double boiler, combine all the ingredients.
2 Cook, stirring constantly until thick.
3 Remove from heat and blend in a lump of butter.
4 Store in the refrigerator.
5 Serve as desired.
