Lake Agnes Dressing
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, grated fine|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Not Olive Oil)|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2 Add in onion and vinegar or lemon juice.
3 Gradually blend in the oil.
4 Pour the dressing into jars and cover tightly.
5 Shake well before using.
Can be stored in the refrigerator.
You can prepare this in a blender if you have one.
