Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Crushed garlic 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Raw sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2) Toss well to coat.

SERVING
3) This dressing tastes delicious with baked eggplants.
