Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Mild prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Combine all ingredients thoroughly, until smooth.

SERVING
3) Serve the dressing over flaked tuna on a large bed of crisp lettuce.
