Mustard Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Mild prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Low calorie citrus carbonated beverage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 2 Gram (To Equal 4 Teaspoons Sugar)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, pour the tomato juice.
2) Place over heat to simmer the juice gently, until it reduces to 1 cup.
3) Add the other ingredients into the tomato juice.
4) Simmer the mixture for an additional 5 minutes, and then remove from heat.
5) Allow cooling the dressing at room temperature.
6) Transfer in a bowl and place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING
7) Serve the dressing with grapefruit salad.
