Creamy Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients
  Roquefort cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light cream/Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1.Break the cheese into small pieces.
2.Put mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, MSG, white pepper and garlic salt in cheese and mix well.
3.Put more cream or milk to make it thin in consistency.

SERVING
4.Use for salads.
