Citrus Dressing

  Fresh orange juice 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Low calorie sweetener 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Granular)
  Fresh black pepper To Taste, ground

1. In a screw-topped jar, add orange juice, fresh lime juice, lemon juice, vinegar, seasoning and sweetener. Shake well to emulsify liquids.

2. Use for salads as dressing or for flavoring grilled fish or lean pork chops.
