Foamy Dressing

Ingredients
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Special oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine oil, vinegar, egg white, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic powder, sugar and catsup and blend well in an electric mixer or in rotary beater until light.
2.Transfer to a covered jar and refrigerate.

SERVING
3.Use the dressing for salads.
