Mustard Dressing for Selyodka

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon, diluted in 1 teaspoon of water
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a small bowl, place the prepared mustard.
2) Into this, stir oil, drop by drop.
3) Now, add sugar and water. Mix well.
4) Let the dressing stand for 15 minutes.

SERVING
5) Use this dressing over the prepared fillets, as desired
