Old Fashioned Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Special oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine drymilk with salt, mustard, sugar and water and whisk using a rotary beater.
2.Gradually add 1/4 cup oil and keep blending until thick.
3.Repeat with rest of the oil.
4.Put vinegar and blend until smooth.

SERVING
5.Use on salads.
