Creamy Dressing

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), dry
  Cider vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix cottage cheese, oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, mustard, paprika and parsley.
2.Blend the ingredients using an electric blender or rotary beater.
3.Refrigerate.

SERVING
4.Serve as a topping on vegetables salads.
