Egg Dressing

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Special oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In the top of a double broiler, combine eggs, salt, cayenne, sugar, pepper and oil.
2.Add vinegar and water to the mixture and stir.
3.Put on hot water and cook the mixture by stirring until thick.
4.Allow the mixture to cool.
5.Add skim milk if too thick.

SERVING
6.Serve tossed with fruit or vegetable salads.
