Green Salad With Truffle Dressing

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Truffle juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad greens 8 Cup (128 tbs), washed and dried, loosely packed
Directions

In the bottom of a salad bowl, stir the mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar together until well blended.
Whisk in the water, oil, and truffle juice.
Pile the salad greens on top and bring to the table.
Toss just before serving.
