Tangy Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferably Low Fat)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferably Nonfat)
  Chives 3 Tablespoon, snipped
  Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Process the cottage cheese to a smooth mixture using a blender or food processor and transfer it into a medium bowl.
2. Whisk together the yogurt, chives, horseradish and mix it with the cheese.

SERVING
3. Serve as an excellent dressing for salads
