Tangy Horseradish Dressing
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferably Low Fat)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferably Nonfat)|
|Chives||3 Tablespoon, snipped|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
1. Process the cottage cheese to a smooth mixture using a blender or food processor and transfer it into a medium bowl.
2. Whisk together the yogurt, chives, horseradish and mix it with the cheese.
3. Serve as an excellent dressing for salads
