Sausage Potato Dressing
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Hot mashed potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Prepared With Milk And Butter)|
|Bread slice||8 , toasted and cubed|
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and drained|
|Eggs/2 eggs, lightly beaten / 1/2 cup egg substitute||2 , lightly beaten|
|Rubbed sage||1 Teaspoon|
In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
Remove from the heat.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
