Sausage Potato Dressing

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Hot mashed potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Prepared With Milk And Butter)
  Bread slice 8 , toasted and cubed
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and drained
  Eggs/2 eggs, lightly beaten / 1/2 cup egg substitute 2 , lightly beaten
  Rubbed sage 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
Remove from the heat.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
