Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  Fresh parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 6 , drained
  Chives/3 green onions, with tops, trimmed and halved 6 (Each About 5 Inches Long)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fresh tarragon/1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, process the parsley, anchovies, chives, garlic, and tarragon until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar and process 1 minute more or until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Drizzle over fresh salad greens, chicken, turkey, crab, lobster, or shrimp.
