Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
|Yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Plain, Low-Fat)|
|Mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon (With Reduced Calorie)|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (Green/Red)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Skim milk||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and chili sauce.
2) Combine with this the chopped pepper, onion, skim milk, paprika (and the chopped egg white, if desired).
3) Pour the mixture in spoonfuls into a small bowl.
4) Seal/cover it and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
5)Toss with salads or use as desired.
