Creamy Herb Dressing
|Loosely packed fresh parsley leaves/Fresh basil leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a blender container/food processor bowl mix the parsley/basil leaves, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and mustard.
2) Blend/process this until it yields a smooth mix.
3) Transfer the mix in spoonfuls into a small bowl; cover it and refrigerate for use for upto a week.
4)Toss with salads or use as desired.
