Secret Curry Dressing

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fructose 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
For Secret Basic dressing
1) Mix together the vinegar, garlic powder, dry mustard and fructose and stir until the dry ingredients are thoroughly dissolved.
2) Combine the water, pepper and lemon juice and stir to mix well.
3) Slowly stir in the oil.
4) Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously for 2 full minutes.

For Curry Dressing
5) Add the curry powder and ginger to the Secret Basic Dressing and mix thoroughly.
6) If stronger curry flavor is required, increase the curry powder to 1 teaspoon.
7) Use as desired.
