Poppy-Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion juice 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seed 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, place together sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, and onion juice.
2) Using a portable electric mixer or rotary beater, slowly beat in oil until mixture is thick and smooth.
3) Stir the poppy seed in the sugar mixture.
4) Cover, the in refrigerate until needed.

SERVING
6) Serve with any fruit salad as desired.
