Mushrooms With Walnut Dressing

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Button mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, wiped clean
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the mustard, vinegar, and walnut oil.
Slice the mushrooms thin, pour the mustard mixture over them, and toss well.
Sprinkle the parsley over the top and serve.
