Tofu Basil Dressing

Ingredients
  Silken tofu 5 Ounce (1/2 Block)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened apple juice/Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced / pressed (Small Clove)
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Covered and refrigerated, Tofu-Basil Dressing will keep for about a week.
