Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
Gradually pour in oil, beating with a wire whisk to blend.
Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
