Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon leaves/1 tablespoon fresh tarragon 3 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake to mix well.
Serve with green salad.
Makes 1/2 cup.
