Otterville Ucw Turkey Dressing

Ingredients
  Bread loaves 2
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cube bread and place in a large bowl.
Cook the remaining ingredients together until onions are glossy, then add 1 cup hot water.
Pour mixture over the cubed bread and mix thoroughly.
Stuff turkey and bake.
This will do one turkey (about 18-20 pounds).
We use this basic for our turkey suppers.
