Ingredients
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar substitute 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a jar, combine all ingredients; shake well.
Refrigerate until needed.
Makes 3/4 cup.
