Anchovy Dressing

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Anchovies 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Canned mashed anchovies 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Olive oil 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Basil leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon, mashed
  Fresh garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon, mashed
Directions

MAKING
1) Gradually stir the vinegar into anchovies in a small bowl.
2) Mix well to combine.
3) In a thin stream, add the oil, Keep beating constantly.
4) Add the garlic and basil. Stir well to combine.

SERVING
5) Serve as preferred.
