Honey Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Tomato 1
  Tomato 1 , cut into wedges
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Honey 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Rice vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients in a blender container.
2) On high speed, process the mixture till it is smooth. This usually takes about 1 minute of processing.
3) Cover the mixture and refrigerate till chilled.

SERVING
4) Serve after stirring well. The dressing can be stored for several days in the fridge.
