Sesame Tofu Dressing

Ingredients
  Tofu 6 Ounce
  Mild vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, mix together tofu, vinegar, mustard, tahini and honey on medium speed till it turns smooth.

SERVING
2) Serve the Sesame Tofu Dressing over steamed or grilled veggies.
