Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled
  Yogurt 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Scallion 1
  Fresh mint 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sesame tahini 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, tip in all the ingredients and process well on medium heat
2. Chill dressing till required

SERVING
3. Serve as a salad dressing
