Ruby Tofu Dressing

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sunflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tofu 1⁄2 Pound, chopped (225 Gram)
  Sweet red pepper 1 , chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, process lemon juice, oil, tamari and garlic until smooth.
2. Add 1/2 of the tofu and blend on low speed until smooth.
3. Add rest of the tofu and pepper; process on low speed until smooth.

SERVING
4. Use for dressing green salads, or tuna or chicken salad.
