Olive Oil Lemon Dressing
|Garlic clove||1 Large|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Rice vinegar/Other mild vinegar||1 Teaspoon (Japanese)|
|Dry oregano||1 Teaspoon, crumbled|
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the garlic until finely minced.
2) With the machine running, pour in oil, lemon juice.
3) Then add salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar and oregano and process until well blended.
4) Allow to stand in a covered container for 30 minutes and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
5) Use as required.
